Here's to a great 2011

Well, it's been a pretty fun and rewarding ride for us. Since embarking on building a new eCommerce platform a lot of things happened.
It all started with the alpha test. Most of which are still with us today and we hear from them regularly either directly or hanging out in the community.
Next came the beta test. This was open to the public, so many people downloaded our software. This resulted in a ton of terrific feedback which lead to us releasing lots of improvements and additions to LemonStand. Many people also launched live websites powered by LemonStand, even before we were out of beta.
After all that testing, we finally officially launched on July 28 after taking pre-orders for a few weeks prior which was a great success. Since then, we have been working hard to support our growing customer base and continually release updates improving upon our product.
What made us happy in 2010
- Many LemonStand sites have launched since the beta testing period, and every single one till this day continues to make us proud of the work we do.
- We have also developed strong relationships with many of our customers, which is very rewarding. We love you all, and hope to get to know as many of you as possible!
- Another thing that makes us feel great is seeing people find jobs from the LemonStand eco-system. Helping people enjoy their work while getting paid is great!
- Our community is growing every day as well, and many have become regulars on our forum, Twitter and Facebook. Bringing together a group of people is very rewarding.
2011: Year of awesomeness
We have many exciting things planned for this year. It has barely begun, but several of these items are well under way.
For now, they are surprises, so I can't reveal them here. But, you can be sure we'll announce each one on this blog once ready. You can subscribe to our RSS feed for update.
Thanks everyone!
