What are the system requirements?

Where can I host a LemonStand website?

Any web host that meets the system requirements should work. You can find some recommended hosting services on the partners page.

Yes! Get a developer's license for free. It's great for evaluating the platform.

Where do I download LemonStand from?

When ordering a Developer or Commercial license, you will receive a download link along with your serial number via email. You can also download the installer here.
Note: This is only the installer. During installation, the latest files are downloaded from our servers. The installer is the same for both Developer and Commercial versions.

Can LemonStand do (insert cool function here)?

LemonStand can do almost anything, if you're willing to develop custom modules for it. It can do a whole lot without modules too. Play around, and learn what it's capable of.

Will LemonStand ever have ____ feature?

If you cannot find what you're looking for in the feature list, try asking the community in our forums. If you're not getting an answer there, contact us directly.

What payment gateways does LemonStand support?

How many websites can I use a commercial license for?

Exactly 1. One license = one website. You are permitted to use the same license for the test environment (http://test.yourstore.com) and live environment (http://yourstore.com) for the same LemonStand site.

What's the difference between a Developer's license and a Commercial license?

Technically, not much. A Developer version requires Zend or IonCube encoders to decrypt just a couple of files, whereas a Commercial version does not.

According to the terms, a website using a Developer's license cannot be in production and accepting orders of any kind. Developer's licenses are meant for evaluation and development, only. 

When a Developer's license is used, the system is limited to having 10 active orders at any given time. 

How does upgrading work?

We allow you to upgrade a Developer's license to a commercial license. Your serial number will not change during an upgrade. To upgrade, log into your account, click on the Developer license that you want to upgrade, and use the payment buttons at the bottom to pay for the upgrade.

To make these changes take affect in your LemonStand installation, log into your Admin Area, go to System > Modules & Updates then click Check for Updates, and finally, click the Force Update button.

Note: Please ensure you upgrade the correct Developer's license. You can do this by making sure the License Key shown in your account matches the License Key found on the System > Modules & Updates page. 

How do I get support?

You should first check our Documentation to see if your question is already answered there. Next, try searching and asking on our community forums. If you still cannot find an answer, submit a support ticket.

Does LemonStand provide installation services?

Yes, for $50 we will install your copy of LemonStand on your web host. Please open a support ticket if you require this.

Do you know any web developer's that could help us customize or integrate LemonStand?

You can post your request on our job forum. You could also contact us directly, as Limewheel Creative offers consulting and custom integration services.

Can LemonStand import data from other platforms?

Yes. You can import products and customers using CSV files. You can learn about it here.
